This is my first time doing wine tasting. I'm trying to get into the hobby in order to get knowledgeable about wine and to improve my palate.
Because this is my first time, I'm guessing that it will take some time for me to adjust the criteria. I plan to turn this series into a useful guide for people all around the world.
When it comes to Ed Knows Sauvignon Blanc, I think it's an adequate white wine especially taking its price into account.
It's really light and acidic. So if this kind of a profile suits your taste, I would say go for it.
I had it with feta cheese, they paired beautifully together.
